Can’t recommend Jen highly enough, especially if you’re looking to buy in the Clayton area. Jen knows the area like the back of her hand, can reference house comps from memory, and is not only plugged into what’s currently on the market, but what might be coming soon. She took the time to understand what our family wanted from a house in the area, and then went out and found multiple examples of that for us to choose from. She’s realistic on price expectations, and will be honest about the strength of any offer you want to put down. Additionally, during negotiations, Jen fought for our interests, and always presented multiple options with how to approach any situation that came up. Above all else, Jen had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. She never pressured us to do this or that in order to complete a sale, and wanted us to be happy with our purchase first and foremost (which we were!). She’s super responsive and always treated us like her only client. We don’t plan on selling this house, and really feel as though we’ve found our forever home. If we do though, Jen will be our first and only call.
