“Jennifer is an excellent realtor who is extremely knowledgeable about the Clayton market. She sold my father’s Chaparral Springs townhome in 2023, receiving multiple offers above asking price, and our Oakhurst Falcon Ridge home in February, also above asking price with the buyers increasing their offer twice.
